Returns & Exchanges

At Nykd by Nykaa, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible products within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and hygiene liners for a successful processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during the doorstep pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours of your request; please ensure someone is available at the address to hand over the parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Nykaa wallet within 5-7 business days.
